• জালিয়াতি, মূল্য ত্রুটি বা স্টকের অভাবের কারণে অর্ডার বাতিল করার অধিকার আমাদের রয়েছে।

৫. পেমেন্ট

• বিকাশ, নগদ, রকেট, কার্ড বা ক্যাশ অন ডেলিভারি (COD)-এর মাধ্যমে পেমেন্ট করা যায়।
• কনফার্ম হওয়ার পরই অর্ডার প্রসেসিং শুরু হয়।

৬. ডেলিভারি

• ডেলিভারি সময় আনুমানিক; অবস্থান, ছুটি বা অন্যান্য কারণে পরিবর্তিত হতে পারে।
• ডেলিভারি বিলম্বে কোনো ক্ষতির জন্য deora.com.bd দায়ী নয়।

৭. রিটার্ন ও রিফান্ড

• পণ্য গ্রহণের ৩ দিনের মধ্যে রিটার্নের জন্য আবেদন করা যাবে নির্দিষ্ট শর্তে।
• যাচাইয়ের পর রিফান্ড প্রদান করা হবে এবং এতে ৭ কর্মদিবস লাগতে পারে।

৮. গোপনীয়তা নীতি

• আপনার ব্যক্তিগত তথ্য শুধুমাত্র অর্ডার ও কাস্টমার সার্ভিসে ব্যবহৃত হয়।
• অনুমতি ছাড়া আপনার তথ্য তৃতীয় পক্ষের সাথে শেয়ার করা হবে না।

৯. মালিকানাধিকার
