1. Return Eligibility:
• You can return a product within 3 days of receiving it.
• Products must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition with tags and packaging intact.
2. Non-Returnable Items:
• Personal care items, innerwear, and items marked “non-returnable.”
• Items damaged due to misuse or improper handling.
3. Damaged or Wrong Product:
• If you receive a wrong or damaged product, inform us within 24 hours with clear photos.
• We will arrange a replacement or refund after verifying the issue.
4. Return Process:
• Contact our customer support via phone, Messenger, or email.
• Send the product to the provided return address via a recognized courier.
• Once we receive and inspect the product, your refund or replacement will be processed.
5. Refund Time:
• Refunds are processed within 7 working days after return approval.
• Refunds will be made via the original payment method or bKash/Nagad.

১. রিটার্নের উপযুক্ততা:

• পণ্য গ্রহণের ৩ দিনের মধ্যে রিটার্ন করতে হবে।
• পণ্যটি ব্যবহার না করা, ধোয়া না হওয়া এবং মূল প্যাকেজিং ও ট্যাগসহ থাকতে হবে।

২. যেসব পণ্য রিটার্নযোগ্য নয়:

• পার্সোনাল কেয়ার পণ্য, অন্তর্বাস এবং “non-returnable” ট্যাগযুক্ত পণ্য।
• ক্রেতার ভুল ব্যবহারে ক্ষতিগ্রস্ত পণ্য।

৩. ভুল বা ক্ষতিগ্রস্ত পণ্য:

• ভুল বা ক্ষতিগ্রস্ত পণ্য পেলে ২৪ ঘণ্টার মধ্যে আমাদের জানাতে হবে ও ছবি পাঠাতে হবে।
• যাচাইয়ের পর আমরা রিপ্লেসমেন্ট বা রিফান্ডের ব্যবস্থা করব।

৪. রিটার্ন প্রক্রিয়া:

• আমাদের কাস্টমার সাপোর্টে ফোন, মেসেঞ্জার বা ইমেইলের মাধ্যমে যোগাযোগ করুন।
• নির্দিষ্ট ঠিকানায় কুরিয়ারের মাধ্যমে পণ্যটি ফেরত পাঠান।
• পণ্যটি যাচাই শেষে রিফান্ড বা রিপ্লেসমেন্ট প্রক্রিয়া করা হবে।

৫. রিফান্ড সময়:

• রিটার্ন অনুমোদনের ৭ কর্মদিবসের মধ্যে রিফান্ড সম্পন্ন হবে।
• রিফান্ড মূল পেমেন্ট মাধ্যম বা বিকাশ/নগদের মাধ্যমে প্রদান করা হবে।
